Rajini Krishnan :
Rajini qualified P2 for Race 1. He had a good fight until the last lap for the win except for a gear issue in the bike in the penultimate lap and had to settle for P3. Rajini said “It was a good race though I missed the win. I am looking forward to my second race tomorrow“. It was a bad start for Rajini in Race 2 but was soon on pace and was fighting for P3. Once again there was a problem with the bike and this time the exhause pipe got cut, however managed to finish P4.
Dinesh lost the whole day of Friday practice due to technical issues in the bike, so had to go for qualifying without any practice and qualified P11. He had a good start and was with the top 5 in the opening lap and was clocking good lap times. Being there for the first time, trying to adapt to the track, made many mistakes but finished at P7 and P6 in Race 1 and Race 2 respectively.
“We would like to thank our sponsors Autocar magazine , Power Drift , Beigh Construction Company, New India Structures, United Cooling Systems,Raj40 for supporting us” said Rajini.
